我国近10年急性中毒中文文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国近10年急性中毒的研究现状。方法通过万方数据知识服务平台检索2006—2015年发表以急性中毒为关键词的中文文献，对急性中毒的历年文献数量、文献类型、文献内容、作者科室进行统计分析。结果2006—2015年万方数据知识服务平台以“急性中毒”为关键词排除重复、护理及儿科相关文献共1151篇。2012年前，文献数量呈递增趋势，2012年后下降。文献类型以个案报道为主，但论著的比例有上升趋势。文献内容主要为临床研究，基础研究少。文献的作者科室以急诊科居多，肾内科和重症监护病房（intensive careunit，mu）有所增加。文献研究的热点中，关于中毒种类前5位的分别是有机磷、百草枯、一氧化碳、毒鼠强和海洛英，关于治疗措施前5位的分别是血液灌流、洗胃、纳洛酮、机械通气和高压氧。结论近lO年来国内对急性中毒的诊治工作成效显著，但基础研究尚不足，仍需进一步深入。Objective To Analyze the current status of research on acute intoxication in recent 10 years. Method All of the papers searched for the keywords as acute intoxication from wanfang data pool during the period of 2006 to 2015, the quantity, the type, contents and authors and departments were analyzed. Result There were 1151 papers from wanfang date searched with keyword as acute intoxication and eliminating repetition, nursing and pediatric related in 2006-2015.The number of the paper has been increasing until 2012, then falling down. Type was given priority to with case reported, but the proportion of the works had a rising trend. Content was mainly for clinical research, but basic research was rare. The authors of the papers .were in the majority with the emergency department, nephrology department and intensive care unit flCU） ranked second and third.The top five kinds of poisoning were organophosphate poisoning, paraquat, carbon monoxide, tetramine, and heroin, and the top five kinds of treatment were blood perfusion, gastric lavage, naloxone, mechanical ventilation and hyperbaric oxygen. Conclusion Significant success in diagnosis and treatment of acute intoxication has been achieved remarkably in recent 10 years. However, the basic research about its pathogenesis is still inadequate, and needs to be further investigated in the future.
