摘　　要：随着冷冻食品的快速发展,电冰箱在现代家庭食物保鲜中起着非常重要的作用。本文以肉类冷冻保鲜为例,阐述了电冰箱冷冻保鲜的原理、特点、检测指标及方法。With the rapid development of frozen foods, refrigerators play a significant effect in the modern household food keeping fresh. This paper use instances that frozen meat keeping fresh to expound the principles, characteristics, and detection indexes and methods of Refrigerator Freezer Freshness.
