摘　　要：鼻咽癌是常见的恶性肿瘤，早期患者单纯放疗有效率可达90％，局部晚期患者仍需放化疗综合治疗、分子靶向治疗、中药治疗等。调强放疗在鼻咽癌放疗中优势突出，可以显著提高疗效、减轻不良反应、提高生命质量。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor. The efficiency of early stage patients with radiotherapy alone can reach 90%, the locally advanced patients still need the chemoradiotherapy treatment, molecular targeted therapy, traditional Chinese medicine therapy and so on. Intensity modulated radiotherapy has prominent advantages in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which can significantly improve the cura- tive effect and reduce the adverse reactions and also improve the quality of life.
