灵芝孢子油对羽毛球运动员运动后免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：以羽毛球运动员为研究对象,通过给予羽毛球运动员补充灵芝孢子油软胶囊,对比运动员运动前后免疫功能指标的变化情况。在为期21 d的高强度运动时间内,定期给予运动员服用灵芝孢子油软胶囊,实验组与对照组(未服用灵芝孢子油软胶囊的运动员)进行免疫指标测定。结果表明:羽毛球运动员服用灵芝孢子油软胶囊后,比对照组NK细胞、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+指标在不同时间段有不同程度的提高。研究表明,运动员长期运动时定期服用灵芝孢子油软胶囊可防止免疫功能的降低,降低运动时被感染的概率,使得运动员身体健康,以更多精力投入运动。Taking badminton athletes as the research object, the changes of immune function indexes of athletes before and after exercise were compared by giving the badminton athletes Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule. The athletes took Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule regularly during the 21 d of high intensity exercise. The immune indexes of the experimental group and the control group were measured. The results showed that the NK ceils, CD4^＋, CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of athletes taking Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule were higher than those in the control group. The research indicated that athletes with long -term exercise taking Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule regularly could prevent the reduction of immune function and keep healthy, therefore, athletes could devote more energy into sports.
