摘 要:在过去两年中,国际海洋能技术取得了重要进展。英国MeyGen潮流能发电场一期工程竣工,6 MW潮流能发电阵列并网发电,荷兰Torcado公司1.2 MW潮流能发电阵列并网发电,标志着国际潮流能技术开始迈向商业化应用。芬兰"企鹅"号1 MW波浪能发电装置在英国EMEC进行了3年多示范运行,澳大利亚Carnegie公司在英国康沃尔布放1 MW波浪能发电装置测试运行,以西班牙Mutriku、以色列Eco等为代表的小功率波浪能发电技术已实现并网运行。百千瓦级温差能示范电站运行良好,为兆瓦级电站建造积累了重要经验。分析国际海洋能技术现状及发展趋势,可为我国海洋能技术发展提供有益借鉴,有助于我国海洋能技术尽早实现产业化发展。During the last couple of years,there has been some renewed intelligence in marine renewable energy(MRE) development in the world.For tidal current energy,the phase 1 A(6 MW) of Mey Gen project connected to the grid in Feb 2017 and had generated more than 400 MWh by the end of Mar 2017.The 1.2 MW tidal array(5×250 kW) deployed by Torcado company had been integrated into the grid since Sep 2015.In a word,tidal current technology has reached TRL 9 across the globe.For wave energy,the Penguin I has been tested in EMEC in the UK since 2012 and has been operational in Wave Hub since Mar 2017.CETO 6 wave device was selected to build the first wave energy plant in UK.Meanwhile,the Mutriku OWC plant in Spain and Eco Gibraltar plant have demonstrated the feasibility of the 10 kW level wave energy technologies.The demonstration plant of a 50 kW OTEC pilot project has been in operation in Japan since 2013.A 100 kW OTEC pilot plant built by Makai Ocean Engineering has been in operation in the USA since Aug 2015,which would provide essential experience for constructing MW plants.The analysis on the status and trend of MRE technology development in the world would provide a useful reference for the industrialization of MRE technologies in China.
