摘  要:为了实现民航院校交通运输专业雷达管制模拟训练课程与后续管制单位雷达模拟机基础培训的有效衔接,建立面向管制方向学生的完整培训体系,提出了基于技能模块化教学模式创新的改革方案。在调整模拟训练实践课程教学计划的基础上,重新梳理和设计了模块化的技能训练项目和教学内容,包括以提高安全意识和管制素养为目标的基础技能训练模块、以理解管制流程和程序为目标的进近区域管制训练模块、以拓展知识面为目标的联合运行和双跑道运行训练模块,并且进一步强化了与教学模式相符的训练讲评环节,重点提高学生的基础管制素养和管制技能,从而使学生的培养质量更加符合一线管制单位的实际需求。In order to effectively connect the curriculum of radar control simulated training for students majored in professional transportation and the basic training of radar simulator in control units after graduation, and build an integrated training system, the paper proposed a reformed scheme used in innovation of instructional model based on skills modularization. Focused on cultivating students' basic control attainments and skills, the training subjects and instructional contents of modularization were redes and rearranged on the basis of adjusting the teaching plan of simulated training curriculum, the three parts: 1. modules for basic skills training aiming at enhancing fundamental safety consciousness and control attainments; 2. modules for approach and area control training aiming at understanding control process and procedure; 3. modules for united operation and parallel runways operation aiming at expanding knowledge. The training evaluation process was also enhanced to match the new instructional model. All the efforts devoted to make the cultivation quality fit to the actual demand of working position in control units.
