摘　　要：随着互联网的普及,数字技术与新兴媒体迅猛发展,传媒的生态环境发生了深刻的变化,全媒体成为当今传媒发展的一大趋势。传统新闻传播人才培养的种种弊端日益显现,难以适应社会发展的需求。为了培养适应全媒体环境下的新闻传播人才,需积极探索新闻传播人才培养的新思路。本文尝试通过安徽大学新闻传播实验教学示范中心在人才培养方面的创新实践,提出基于全媒体环境下的新闻传播实验教学的新路径。With the popularity of the Internet, the digital technology and new media develop rapidly, and the ecological environment of the media has undergone dramatic changes. The omnimedia has become a major trend in the development of today＇ s media. The drawbacks of the traditional training for journalism and communication talents are becoming more and more obvious, and the talents cannot meet the needs of social development. In order to cultivate journalism and communication talents who can adapt to the omnimedia environment, we should actively explore new ideas of training journalism and communication talents. This paper attempts to put forward a new method of practical teaching of journalism and communication under the omnimedia environment through the innovation practice of the talent cultivation in the Journalism and Communication Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Anhui University.
