摘　　要：张家敏,金华市人民医院院长。金华市人民医院成立于1958年,是一所集医疗、预防、科研、教学、康复为一体的三级乙等综合性医院,是浙江省首批高等医学院校教学医院和金华职业技术学院附属医院。医院开放床位938张;设有35个学科、23个病区;现有职工1 228名,其中高级职称226名,中级职称375名。医院坚持＂人医仁心、优质服务、梦圆健康＂的服务宗旨,涌现了以张家敏、沈云华、Holistic integrated medicine,which emphasizes the organization of the most advanced experience and practice in different fields of medicine,is the necessary direction of the development of modern medicine,and is more accorded with the new medical system in human health and disease treatment.Patients in Emergency Department are often combined with different organ dysfunction,and the treatment of these patients must obey the rule of holistic,integrative and medical view to solve the problems effectively in clinic.It is necessary to promote the construction and development of emergency medicine in the level of organization and management by holistic integrated medicine at present.
