摘  要:以丙烯酸树脂(PAA)与钛酸正丁酯发生交联反应形成壁材,以二甲基咪唑(2MI)为芯材,采用原位乳液法及相分离技术制备了一种新型的W/O型潜伏性微胶囊型环氧固化剂;通过红外光谱仪(FTIR)、凝胶测试仪、热失重分析仪(TGA)、偏光显微镜(OM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等对微胶囊的形貌结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:在2MI与PAA质量比为1∶1.5,钛酸正丁酯为交联剂,且其用量为m(钛酸正丁酯)∶m(PAA)=1∶4,表面活性剂用量为液体石蜡质量的2%,搅拌速度为5 000r·min^(-1)的条件下,能制备出平均粒径约为4.5μm的球形微胶囊颗粒,且该微胶囊具有一定的固化活性和储存稳定性。We prepared a novel W/O latent microcapsule epoxy curing agent by emulsion in-situ method and phase separation technique using the cross-linking reaction product of polyacrylic acid (PAA) with n-butyl ti- tanate as a wall material and 2-methylimidazole(2MI) as a core material. Moreover,we characterized the mor phology and property of the microcapsule by Fourier transformation infrared spectrometer(FTIR),gel tester, thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), polarizing optical microscope (OM), and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results showed that,when the mass ratio of 2MI to PAA was 1 ~ 1.5 ,n-butyl titanate was used as a cross-linking agent,the mass ratio of n-butyl titanate to PAA was 1 ~ 4, surfactant dosage was 2 ~/00 of liquid par affin mass,and stirring rate was 5 000 r ~ min-~ ,we could prepare the spherical microcapsule particles with av erage particle size of 4.5 /~m,and the microcapsules had a certain curing activity and storage stability.
