浅谈郑钦安《医法圆通·服药须知》内涵

摘　　要：清·郑钦安《医法圆通》是一部以阴阳为纲、以《伤寒论》六经辨证为基础,重点论述三阴病理论、辨证、治疗和预后的专著,其中尤以少阴病的温阳法为著,以善于"四逆辈方"为常,被后世称为"火神派"的开山之作。然在用大剂量热性药物治疗阳虚阴盛病证而出现种种"反常"现象,郑氏特列《服药须知》专篇。故通过整理郑钦安著作、结合《伤寒论》《灵枢》原文以及后世该学派医家的文献,总结出在扶阳治疗过程中出现种种异常表现的本质,为扶阳法及四逆辈方的临床应用提供理论依据。＂Yi Fa Yuan Tong＂was written by ZHENG Qin-an of the Qing Dynasty. The book discusses the theory, syndrome differentiation, treatment and prognosis of San Yin diseases, based on the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians. In this book, Si-Ni formulations are famous for Yang-warming in the treatment of Shaoyin disease, which sets a precedent for yang-warming method. But in the process of using hot property drugs in large dosage, abnormal symptoms will appear. In this article, the essence of abnormal symptoms will be concluded through studying ZHENG Qin-an books, ＂Shang Han Lun＂, ＂Lingshu＂ and clinical literatures, with the purpose of providing theory basis for clinical application of Si-Ni formulations.
