双线排龈技术在前牙固定修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:通过双线排龈方法对前牙固定修复的取模效果进行评价。方法:采取对照法,选取140例前牙固定修复患者,分为70例实验组,70例对照组,对照组采用单线排龈法,观察组采用双线排龈法。结果:双线排龈法优良率97.14%,单线排龈法优良率81.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率8.57%,明显低于对照组的30.00%。以上比较,观察组的临床效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双线排龈法用于临床效果显著,基本可保证基牙预备后获取精确清晰的印模,达到满足前牙修复体的准确制作和美学要求。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of two-gingival retraction cord technique in anterior tooth fixed restoration. Methods： 140 patients indicated with anterior tooth fixed prosthesis were selected and randomly divided into two groups, two-gingival retraction cord group （observation group）, and one-gingival retraction cord group as control. There was 70 teeth each group. Results： There was significant difference between two group （P〈0.05）. Observation group （97.14%） and control group （81.42%）. The adverse reaction ratio of observation group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion： Two-gingival retraction cord technique showed a better clinical effect compared to one-gingival retraction cord technique during anterior tooth fixed and esthetic restoration.
