下颌骨骨缺损特点及其修复重建的研究进展

摘　　要：下颌骨缺损后的修复重建一直是口腔颌面外科的研究热点,不仅要恢复下颌骨的形态和面部轮廓,更重要的是恢复下颌骨的生理功能。虽然近年来下颌骨缺损修复技术取得了长足进步,但各有其优缺点,尚无一种能兼顾外形与生理功能理想修复方式。本文拟就目前下颌骨缺损特点、分类及下颌骨缺损功能性重建研究进展作一综述。The reconstruction of mandibular defects not only need to restore mandibular morphology and facial contour, more important is to restore mandibular physiological function, has been the focus of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Although technology of the Mandibular defect reconstruction has made great progress in recent years, but each has its advantages and disadvantages, there is no an ideal repair method for both morphological and physiological functions. This article reviewed the advances on the characteristics of mandibular defect, classification and mandibular defect functional reconstruction.
