摘 要:利用环境气候舱模拟室内环境,检测不同品牌细木工板中甲醛的释放浓度,分析甲醛释放趋势,并研究温度和相对湿度对甲醛释放浓度及散发关键参数的影响。研究结果表明,细木工板散发的甲醛浓度呈现出先增后减的变化规律,环境舱内甲醛浓度在实验初始阶段(0~12h)升高较快,随后浓度变化趋于平缓。通过对甲醛散发关键参数的拟合发现,随着温度和相对湿度升高,细木工板的甲醛初始可散发浓度C_0和扩散系数D_m均增大,分配系数K受温度影响而不受相对湿度影响。The influence of temperature and relative humidity on the release concentration and the emission characteristic parameters of formaldehyde were studied by using environmental chamber to imitate the indoor environment. The concentrations of formaldehyde released from dif- ferent brands of blockboards were detected, and the released trend of formaldehyde was analyzed. The results showed that the variation of formalde- hyde concentration emitted from blockboard followed the rule of rapid increase at initial and slow decrease then. The concentration of formaldehyde in environmental chamber increased rapidly at the initial stage (0-12h), and then it tended to decrease slowly. With the increase of temperature and relative humidity, the initial concentration CO and the diffusion coefficient Dm of formaldehyde in blockboard were increased. However, the partition coefficient K was affected by the temperature without being affected by the relative humidity.
