摘 要:适配功率电机是一种新型双功率驱动电机。为优化输出性能,减小转矩脉动,以6极42槽适配功率电机为研究对象,对该电机齿槽转矩削弱方法进行了研究。对该电机齿槽转矩解析模型进行了推导,并对影响齿槽转矩的参数进行分析;在此基础上,提出了采用极弧系数匹配组合来抑制齿槽转矩的方法。结合齿槽转矩解析分析与有限元计算,对可以抑制齿槽转矩的极弧系数进行选取,并通过计算结果验证该方法的有效性。数据显示:优化后齿槽转矩峰值大幅降低,整体削减超过25%。样机试验数据与理论分析相符。因此,通过极弧系数匹配抑制该电机齿槽转矩是有效的。Power adaptive motor is a new type of dual power drive motor. In order to optimize the output per- formance and reduce the torque ripple, the method of weakening cogging torque is studied by taking the 6-pole 42-slot power adaptive motor as the research object. The analytical model of cogging torque is deduced, and the parameters affecting the cogging torque are analyzed. On this foundation, a method of pole arc coefficient com- bination to suppress the cogging torque is proposed. Combined with the cogging torque analysis and finite ele- ment calculation, the pole arc coefficient which can reduce the cogging torque is selected, and the calculation results verify the method. And the data show that the optimized peak value of cogging torque is significantly re- duced, and the overal reduction is more than 25%. The prototype test data are consistent with the theoretical a- nalysis. Therefore, it is effective to suppress the cogging torque by the method of matchin~ the oole are coefficient.
