草原文化与牧区女性人力资源开发关系简析

摘　　要：牧区发展离不开文化资源和人力资源的协同发展。关注牧区女性人力资源开发时也须考虑草原文化这个民族文化背景。论文分析了草原文化和牧区女性人力资源开发之间相互作用的关系,论述了草原文化背景下牧区女性人力资源开发中存在的问题,并提出了简要对策。The development of pastoral areas can not be separated from the coordinated development of cultural resources and human resources. While paying attention to the development o f female human resources in pastoral areas, we should also consider the national cultural background of grassland culture.This paper analyzes the interactional relationship between prairie culture and female human resources development in pastoral areas, and discusses the problems about female human resources development in pastoral areas under the background of grassland culture, and puts forward some brief countermeasures.
