摘　　要：农村文化建设是农村社会发展的重要因素,农村经济、政治的发展,离不开农村文化的支撑。在新的历史时期,农村文化建设虽然取得了一定的成绩,但农村文化建设也面临着诸多的问题。采取有效措施解决农村文化建设中的问题,提升农村文化建设档次,提高农民的文化素养,具有十分重要的意义。Rural cultural construction is an important factor in rural social development. Rural economic and political development can not do without the support of rural culture. In the new historical period, al- though the rural cultural construction has made some achievements, the rural cultural construction is also facing a lot of problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to take effective measures to solve the prob- lems in the construction of rural culture, to enhance the quality of rural culture construction and to im- prove the cultural quality of farmers.
