摘  要:家训是共生性的文化现象,中国传统家训的显著特色在于日用人伦教化。这一特色无论在经典家训或是在民间家训中都表现得淋漓尽致。而这一特色的根由来自小农经济之上的血缘道德基础;来自于传统中国的德性文化和德教基础;来自于儒学经世致用的价值观基础。今日中国,日常生活的伦理教化之于转型期的社会,具有"再启蒙"的意义,因而是道德建设之首需。我们应在科学审视传统家训优劣利弊的基础上,积极地改造和利用家训资源,实现日常生活伦理教化的创造性转化:确立立德为先、全面树人的家庭教育新理念,注重培养孩子健康心理品质和健全人格;克服传统家训的排外意识和血缘道德倾向,引领公民道德水准的提升;创新家训传承的载体渠道,构建互联网时代新型家训传承体系。Family precept is a symbiotic culture phenomenon. The most distinct characteristic of Chinese tra- ditional family precept is its function in daily ethic education, which is highlighted in classical and folk per- cepts, and based on the blood relationship on the small-scale peasant economy, traditional Chinese ethical cul- ture and moral education, as well as the practical utility of the Confucian value system. In today's China, the daily ethic education is of much re-enlightenment for the economic transitional society, to which the top priori- ty should be given in the morality construction. We should take a scientific look at the advantages and disad- vantages of the traditional family precepts, be active in renovating and applying them for rational utility to a- chieve the creative transformation in the daily ethic education. We should establish the new notions of modem family education through people's moral education and all-round talent cultivation, lay much emphasis on children's healthy mental quality and personality, overcome exclusive consciousness of traditional family pre- cepts and kindred moral tendency in order to enhance people's moral standard, innovate the inheritance carri- ers of family precepts to construct a new inheriting system on the Intemet era.
