创业信息生态平衡的实现路径研究

摘　　要：在信息时代,信息既是资源,也是财富。全方位推动创新创业的"双创"已成为国家战略。将信息生态系统概念拓展到创业领域,构建创业信息生态系统模型,有利于全面理解创业过程的运行机理。践行"双创"战略,平衡的创业信息系统是基础。将信息生态系统与创业过程研究充分结合,构建创业信息生态系统模型,着重分析当前创业生态系统存在的失衡问题,并探析全方位创业信息生态系统平衡的实现路径,为创业型经济发展提供保障。Information is both resource and treasure in the information age. Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, which is called "double promoting", has become a national strategy. This study extends the concept of information ecosystem to the field of entrepreneurship, and builds a model of entrepreneurial information ecosystem, which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of the operational mechanism of entrepreneurial process. Balance of entrepreneurship information system is the basis of practicing the double promoting strategy. This paper combines information ecosystem with the entrepreneurial process fully, constructs the entrepreneurship information ecosystem model, focuses on the analysis of imbalances existing in current entrepreneurship information ecosystem, analyzes the implementation path of entrepreneurship information ecosystem balance, and provides guarantee for the development of entrepreneurial economy.
