六溴环十二烷修正案对我国的影响及对策建议

摘　　要：通过详细分析《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》的履约要求及欧盟等国对六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的管控措施,评估了HBCD修正案生效对我国的环境、社会、经济产生的影响。根据分析结果,运用SWOT分析法,提出我国的应对措施和对策建议。Considering the mandatory requirements of the Stockholm Convention and analysis on the corresponding control measures of HBCD in EU countries, the paper performs a life cycle assessment of the environmental socio-economic impact as HBCD amendment takes effect in China. With the result of the assessment, the counterpart policy recommendations have been proposed based on SWOT method.
