马基雅维里政治现实主义思想探析

摘　　要：马基雅维里对现代政治哲学和国际关系思想起着重要的作用,他是现代性政治哲学的开创者,国际关系现实主义的马基雅维里主义的创始人。文章指出,自然人性观念是其经验政治方法和政治现实主义思想哲学的基础,国家理由观念是其政治现实主义思想的内核;而国家公共事务中政治与道理分离,权谋的必要性和目的即正义是其政治现实主义思想的显著特征。文章强调,国家理由观念是其政治现实主义本质并对近代以来的世界历史和当代国际关系思想起着重要作用。As the founder of modern political philosophy and Machiavelivianism of international relations realism, Machiavelli plays an important role in the study of modern political philosophy and international relations. The article points out that the concept of natural human nature is the basis of its empirical political method and realist philosophy,and the concept of state is the kernel of its political realism whose salient features are the justice,which is the necessity and purpose of the power,and the political and moral separation in the national public affairs. The article emphasizes that the concept of national reason is the essence of its political realism and plays an important role in modern world history and contemporary interna- tional relations.
