祛脂愈肝颗粒对肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者血清脂联素、白介素-6的影响

摘　　要：目的观察祛脂愈肝颗粒对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法纳入符合本次入选标准的60例NASH患者,随机分为中药组、西药组,各30例。中药组给予祛脂愈肝颗粒治疗,西药组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱(易善复)胶囊对照。检测并观察两组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂、血清脂联素(ADP)、白介素-6(IL-6)等指标变化情况。结果 (1)两组患者治疗后较治疗前血清ADP水平均有显著升高(P<0.05),且中药组较西药组升高更明显(P<0.05);(2)两组患者治疗后较治疗前血清IL-6水平均有显著下降(P<0.05),且中药组较西药组下降更明显(P<0.05);(3)两组患者治疗后较治疗前血清ALT、AST、GGT均有显著下降(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后肝功能比较无显著差异(P>0.05);(4)两组患者治疗后较治疗前TG、TC、HDL-C水平均有显著下降(P<0.05),中药组治疗后TG较西药组下降更明显(P<0.05),治疗后血清TC、HDL-C水平两组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论祛脂愈肝颗粒治疗NASH对提高患者血清ADP,降低IL-6、ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC等指标疗效显著,具有很好的推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Quzhi Yugan Granule to Aadiponectin and Interleukin-6 in the nonalcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）patients. Methods Sixty patients with NAS were randomly divided into Chi- nese medicine group, western medicine group and 30 cases. Chinese medicine group given Quyu Yugan granules treat- ment,Western medicine group given polyenophosphorylcholine （Yi Shan Fu）capsule control. The changes of liver function, blood lipid, serum adiponectin（ADP） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） were measured before and after treatment. Re- suits The levels of ADP in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P~ 0. 05）, after treatment, the level of serum ADP in the Chinese medicine groups was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group（P^0.05）. The levels of IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P^0.05） ,after treatment,the level of serum IL-6 in the Chinese medicine groups was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group（P^0.05）. The levels of serum ALT,AST and GGT in the two groups were signifi- cantly decreased than those before treatment（P^0.05） ,and there was no significant difference in the liver function between the two groups（P^0.05）. The levels of TG,TC and HDL-C in the two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment（P^0.05） ,after treatment,the level of TG in the Chinese medicine groups was signifi- cantly lower than that in the western medicine group（P^0.05）,and the levels of TC, HDL-C was no significant difference between the two groups（P^0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of NASH by Quzhi Yugan Granule has sig- nificant curative effect on improving serum ADP, reducing IL-6, ALT, AST, GGT, TG, TC and so on, and has good popularization value.
