摘　　要：目的 探讨survivin基因rs9904341位点基因多态性对于甲状腺乳头状癌的易感性.方法 选择2013年1月-7月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院血管与甲状腺外科住院的85例确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌的患者作为病例组,84例确诊为结节性甲状腺肿的患者作为对照组,按照兩組中民族、男性、女性以及肿瘤的大小、个数、分布等因素,將甲状腺乳头状癌分成多个亚组比較基因型及等位基因,Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验样本群体代表性,采用单链测序法对survivin基因rs9904341位点基因多态性进行检测.结果 在病例组女性与对照组女性亚组对比中发现,病例组（CG：CC＋GG）,基因频率（49.18％）高于对照组（CG：CC＋GG）基因频率（31.88％）,差异有统计学意义,OR=2.067,95％CI：1.013～4.220,P=0.046.结论 在甲状腺结节患者中,survivin基因rs9904341位点突变杂合基因型CG可能是女性发生甲状腺乳头状癌的易感因子.Objective To investigate the susceptibility of survivin gene rs9904341 gene polymorphism to thyroid papillary carcinoma（PTC）. Methods Eighty-five patients diagnosed with PTC, who were hospitalized in the Department of Vascular and Thyroid Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between January 2013 and July 2013,were included as the study group,and 84 patients diagnosed with nodular goiter were included as the control group. According to the factors such as nationality,males,females,and size,number and distribution of tumors,PTC was divided into multiple subgroups to compare the genotypes and alleles. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium（HWE）was used to test the representation of the samples. Direct sequencing method was used to determine the polymorphism of survivin gene rs9904341. Results In the female subgroups of the study group and the control group,the gene frequency of CG：CC＋GG in the study group（49.18%）was higher than that in the control group（31.88%）, and the difference was statistically significant,OR=2.067,95%CI：1.013～4.220,P=0.046. Conclusion In patients with thyroid nodule,the mutational and heterozygous genotype CG of survivin gene rs9904341 may be a susceptible factor of PTC for females.
