摘 要:目的探讨丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞转移行为的作用及影响情况。方法运用MTT实验检测不同浓度的丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞生长情况的抑制;克隆形成实验检测不同浓度的丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞集落形成的抑制情况;侵袭实验检测丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞的侵袭能力的影响;裸鼠成瘤实验检测丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞在体外成瘤能力的影响。结果 0.5 ug/ml的丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞的细胞活性和集落形成能力有最佳的抑制效果;丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞的侵袭能力有明显的抑制效果;丹参酮对卵巢癌细胞在裸鼠体内成瘤能力有明显的抑制效果。结论适宜浓度的丹参酮对卵巢癌的体内体外的生长侵袭活性都有明显的抑制效果。Objective To investigate the effect of tanshinone on the metastasis of ovarian cancer cells. Methods MIT as-say was used to detect the inhibitory effects of tanshinone of different concentrations on the growth of ovarian cancer cells. Clone formation assay was used to detect the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of tanshinone on colony formation in ovarian cancer cells. The effect of tanshinone on the invasion of ovarian cancer cells was evaluated by the invasion assay. The effect of tan-shinone on the tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer cells was detected in nude mice. Results 0 .5 |xg/ml tanshinone had the best inhib-itory effect on the cell viability and colony-forming ability of ovarian cancer cells. Tanshinone had a significant inhibitory effect on both the invasion of ovarian cancer cells and tumorigenic ability of ovarian cancer cells in nude mice. Conclusion A proper con-centration of tanshinone can inhibit the growth and invasion of ovarian cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
