摘　　要：目的调查分析乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建认知态度及影响因素。方法对我院在2014年6月-2016年9月期间收治的180例乳腺癌术后患者的重建认知态度及影响因素,采取一般资料问卷筛选方式进行分析。结果乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建认知得分(15.42±4.54)分,乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建认知比例集中在差(48.75%)及较差(33.75%)的水平,一般及较好、好的认知水平总比例仅有17.51%;乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建态度得分(47.32±9.42)分,乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建态度比例集中在较差45.63%的水平,积极态度总比例只有43.76%。年龄及文化程度、在职情况和家庭经济负担均是影响调查者对乳房重建认知态度的重要因素(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后患者对乳房重建认知不足、态度很消极,为此医护人员应与患者多交流并针对性宣传乳房重建术的优越性,多开展乳腺癌术后患者的乳房重建有关知识教育讲座,有助于患者深度了解后做出相应的决策。Objective To investigate the cognitive attitude and influencing factors of breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer. Methods The cognitive attitude and influencing factors of 180 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospi-tal from June 2014 to September 2016 were analyzed by general information questionnaires. Results The cognitive score of breast reconstruction was 15.42 ± 4. 54,and the percentage of patients with a poor knowledge of the need for breast reconstruction was （48. 75% ）. 33. 75% knew even less. Only 17. 51% of the patients had a good or better knowledge of this surgery. The score of attitude to breast reconstoction was （47. 32±9. 42） after breast surgery,and 45. 63% of these patients took a negative attitude to- wards breast reconstruction. Those with a positive attitude accounted for 43. 76% only. Age, educational levels,job status and fi-nancial status of the family were important factors that influenced the patients ^attitude to breast reconstruction （P〈0. 0 1 ） . Con-clusion Patients with breast cancer lackthe knowledge of breast reconstruction and their attitude is highly negative. The medical staff should talk to the patients and convince them of the importance of breast reconstruction. More lectures on the benefits of breast reconstruction should be given,which can help patients to make better decisions.
