摘　　要：目的调查分析某医院神经外科脑卒中患者照顾者相关疾病知识的认知水平。方法选取2016年1-12月某院神经外科98例脑卒中患者照顾者进行研究,采用本院自行设计的调查问卷分别调查受试者对脑卒中疾病相关知识的认知水平。结果所选受试者各认知条目平均得分情况从高到低依次是脑卒中发作症状、脑卒中诱发因素、脑卒中康复护理、脑卒中家庭急救措施。结论脑卒中患者照顾者对脑卒中的发作时的症状、家庭急救措施及康复护理存在认知缺陷,因此针对居家照顾者进行专业化、系统化、个体化的健康教育是非常必要的。Objective To investigate the amount of knowledge of stroke among stroke patient caregivers in Suining Central Hospital. Methods A total of 98 caregivers of patients admitted to our hospital between January 2016 and December 2016 due to stroke were selected as subjects of investigation. Their levels of knowledge of stroke were investigated via seK-designed question-naires. Results The average score of these subjects was the highest with stroke onset symptoms, followed by stroke-inducing fac-tors, stroke rehabilitation and first aid for stroke. Conclusion Caregivers of stroke patients are not quite clear about the onset symptoms of stroke, family first aid measures and rehabilitation nursing. Therefore, specialized, systematic and individualized health education is necessary for home caregivers.
