香砂六君子加减方联合早期肠内营养对高龄胃癌患者术后的肠胃及免疫功能影响  

Effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Early Enteral Nutrition on Gastrointestinal and Immune Function in Aged Patients with Gastric Cancer after Operation

摘　　要：目的研究香砂六君子加减方联合早期肠内营养对高龄胃癌患者术后的肠胃及免疫功能影响。方法选择我院78例高龄胃癌患者为研究对象,前瞻性非随机研究将其分为对照组与观察组,每组39例,对照组患者术后给予补中益气丸联合早期肠内营养制剂,观察组患者术后给予香砂六君子汤加减联合早期肠内营养制剂,比较两组患者的术后恢复及免疫功能。结果观察组患者术后排气、住院时间、中医证候评分及IL-6均明显低于对照组,但TP、Alb、PA、Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、IL-2均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论香砂六君子加减方联合早期肠内营养对高龄胃癌患者进行治疗,能促进术后胃肠道的恢复,提高营养水平与患者的免疫功能。Objective To study the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on gastrointestinal and immune function in aged patients with gastric cancer after operation. Method 78 cases of aged patients with gastric cancer in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 39 in each through prospective nonrandomized study. Patients in control group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with early enteral nutrition after operation.Patients in observation group were given modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition. Postoperative recovery and immune function were compared between the two groups. Result the postoperative discharge,hospitalization time,TCM syndrome evaluation and IL-6 of the patients in observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,but TP、Alb、PA、IgG、IgM、IgA、IL-2 were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The treatment of aged patients with gastric cancer by Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal tract,improve the nutritional level and the immune function of the patients.
