老年男性阿尔茨海默病患者预后的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者预后的影响因素。方法收集96例老年男性AD患者的人口学及临床资料。对所有患者进行随访,根据其生存状态分为死亡组(42例)和存活组(54例),比较两组患者人口学及临床资料的差异,并采用Cox回归模型分析影响老年男性AD患者预后的因素。结果两组患者在卧床、体育锻炼、抑郁症、DBP、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、肌酐、尿素、FBG、HDL水平等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Cox回归模型分析结果显示,Hcy和FBG水平均是老年AD患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高Hcy、高FBG水平可能是老年男性AD患者预后不良的影响因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors for the prognosis of elderly male patients with Alzheimer’ s disease（ AD）. Methods The demographic data and clinical data of 96 elderly male AD patients were collected. All patients received the follow-up and were divided into death group（ 42 cases） and survival group（ 54 cases） depending on their survival status. The demographic data and clinical data of the patients were compared between the two groups. The factors influencing the prognosis of elderly male AD patients were analyzed by using Cox regression model. Results There were significant differences in the status of stay-on-bed,physical exercise,incidence of depression,and levels of DBP,C-reactive protein,homocysteine（ Hcy）,creatinine,urea,FBG and HDL in the two groups（ all P 〈 0. 05）. The results of Cox regression model analysis revealed that the levels of Hcy and FBG were the independent influencing factors for the prognosis of elderly male AD patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion High levels of Hcy and FBG might be the influencing factors for poor prognosis of elderly male AD patients.
