摘  要:目的:研究氯己定凝胶(CHX)、氢氧化钙糊剂(CH)及其混合物(CHX+CH)对粪肠球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线放线杆菌、微小小单胞菌的抑菌作用。方法:采用琼脂扩散法测量CHX、CH及CHX+CH的抑菌圈;将以上4种细菌悬液分别稀释成1.5×10~8、3×10~8、6×10~8、9×10~8、12×10~8、15×10~8CFU/mL不同浓度,通过直接接触法比较各药物的抑菌效果,并用Kruskal-Wallis检验进行统计分析。结果:抑菌圈从大到小依次为:CHX、CHX+CH、CH(各药物间相比,P<0.05);对粪肠球菌的抑制效果为:CHX+CH>CHX>CH,而对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线放线杆菌及微小小单胞菌的抑菌效果为:CHX>CH>CHX(各药物间相比,P<0.05)。结论:氯己定凝胶扩散作用最强,氯己定凝胶和氢氧化钙糊剂混合物直接接触抑菌作用最强。AIM: To evaluate the antibacterial activity of chlorhexidine( CHX) gel and/or calcium hydroxide( CH) paste against endodontic pathogens. METHODS: Agar diffusion test and direct contact test were used to obtain the inhibition zone and the minimum inhibition concentration( MIC) of CHX,CH and CHX + CH against 4 endodontic pathogens. Data were statistically analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test. RESULTS: The diameter of the inhibition zone of the preparations was as following: CHX 〉 CHX + CH〉 CH( P 〈 0. 05). CHX + CH showed the strongest inhibition effect for all the pathogens. In the inhibition of enterococcus faecalis the effeciency of the preparations was CHX + CH 〉 CHX 〉 CH( P〈 0. 05); in the inhibition of Porphyromonas gingivalis,Actinobacillus actinomycetem comitans and Parvimonasmicra CHX 〉 CH 〉 CHX( P〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The diffusion ability of CHX gel was the largest while the direct antibacterial activity of CHX + CH was the strongest against the 4 endodontic pathogens.
