摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜与开放手术在结肠癌治疗中的近期疗效与安全性。方法:收治结肠癌患者56例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各28例。对照组应用常规开放手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜微创治疗。结果:研究组的术中出血量、住院时间、术后排气时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于开放手术,腹腔镜微创手术治疗结肠癌的疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and open surgery for colon cancer.Methods:56 patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 28 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery,and the study group were treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.Results:The differences in the amount of bleeding,hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time was statistically significant between the study group and the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of colon cancer.
