摘　　要：目的:探讨任意皮瓣在面部肿瘤切除中的临床应用效果。方法:收治面部肿瘤根治性切除患者42例,根据病灶的部位、范围、深度及组织可利用情况等,分别选择相应形式的任意皮瓣进行修复。结果:对42例患者的创面修复分别应用改良菱形皮瓣、旋转皮瓣、易位皮瓣、"A-T"皮瓣、"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣等,型号匹配良好,转移修复后均成活,质地色泽接近周围皮肤,外观满意。伤口全部Ⅰ期愈合。随访1年,未见复发。结论:任意皮瓣在面部肿瘤切除中的临床应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of random flap in resection of facial tumor.Methods:42 patients with radical resection of facial tumor were selected.According to the location,range,depth and tissue availability of the lesion,we chose the corresponding flap to repair it.Results:We applied modified rhomboid flap,rotational flap,transposition flap,A-T flap and kite pedicle flap respectively for wound healing of 42 patients.Size matching was good;the flaps survived after transfer repair;the texture was close to the surrounding skin;the appearance was satisfactory.The wound healed by first intention.Follow up for 1 year,there was no recurrence.Conclusion:The clinical application effect of random flap in resection of facial tumor was significant.
