摘  要:以提取量为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验和响应面设计两种方法优化金针菇多酚的提取工艺并对结果进行分析与比较。结果表明:正交试验与响应面设计对各因素影响程度的分析结果基本一致,影响由大到小的顺序为液固比、微波时间、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)质量浓度;正交试验法最佳工艺下的提取量为7.144 3 mg/g,响应面设计法的优化结果为7.241 2 mg/g,较正交试验法高1.4%。正交设计试验次数少,工作量小,而响应面优化结果更精确,所得数据信息更详细,两者各具优势。Using extraction amount as evaluation index,the extraction parameters of polyphenols from Flammulina velutipes were optimized by orthogonal design and response surface method based on singlefactor tests.Results showed that from the two methods,almost the same results could be obtained on the influence degree of factors from high to low,which was the liquid solid ratio,microwave radiation time,and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) concentration.The extraction amount of orthogonal design was 7.144 3 mg/g under the optimum extraction conditions.The optimal result of response surface method was 7.241 2 mg/g,1.4% higher than orthogonal design.The orthogonal design had less test time,smaller work load,but the results of response surface method were more accurate with more system information.Each of the two methods had its own advantages.
