摘　　要：本文从合法性视角出发,选取72个城市的112家创业企业为样本,采用多元统计分析法,实证考察了制度环境、商业模式以及创业企业绩效之间的关系。回归分析的结果表明:制度环境与创业企业绩效正相关;商业模式的三个构成要素,即市场定位、经营过程和利润模式,在制度环境与创业企业绩效之间均存在部分中介作用,且市场定位在制度环境与创业企业绩效之间起主要中介作用;制度环境对商业模式的三个构成要素,即市场定位、经营过程和利润模式与创业企业绩效之间的关系均具有正向调节作用。This paper explores the relationship of the institutional environment,business model and new venture performance from the legitimacy perspective. It makes an empirical test above 112 new ventures from 72 cities by multivariate statistical analysis. The results show that institutional environment has positive impact on new venture performance. And three components of the business model have part intermediary affect between institutional environment and new venture performance. Compared with the profit model and management system,market position plays more important intermediary role between institutional environment and new venture performance. In addition,the institutional environment has positive moderating role on the relationship between three components of the business model and new venture performance.
