摘　　要：谢章铤在《说文闽音通》正、附卷中阐述了对通语、方言间的关系及闽方言的认识。谢氏认为通语的形成是政治统治的需要,通语的推行是权力所趋。闽语与吴语有密切的关系,闽方言保留古音的成分很多,方音复杂,这些方言学观点如今还尚有一定的学术价值。In the book named shuo wen min yin tong, Xie Zhangting analyzes the relation between general language and dialect as well as his understanding of Min Dialect. In Xie＇s opinion, the formation of general language is the need of political ruling, and the implementation of general language is the trend of the power. Min Dialect is closely related to Wu Dialect, and the former retains many factors of ancient sound. Xie＇s dialect perspective still bears certain academic value for scholars today.
