摘　　要：尽管关于政治发展的研究存在着诸多理论,但现代化理论和依附理论是其中最为重要的两大理论,其他理论都是在这两大理论的基础上建构起来的。虽然现代化理论和依附理论在具体的观点上存在着巨大不同,然而它们之间却有着重要的一致之处,即这两大理论都内含有特定的目的论和价值取向。在全球化时代要实现政治发展研究的复兴,就需要认清政治发展理论与目的论、价值论之间所存在的这种内在联系,进而赋予其具有全球属性的目的论和价值取向。Although there were many political development theories,the theory of modernization and theory of dependence were the most important theories among them,other theories were constructed on the basis of two theories.The theory of modernization and theory of dependence have great difference,but the two theories have some common ground,that both contain specific teleology theory and value orientation.If we expect revival of political development theory at age of globalization,we must realize the relationship between political development theory and teleology theory and value orientation,and endow globalization to them.
