都匀市售中药材茯苓、芦根、五味子氨基酸提取方法比较

摘　　要：比较25%盐酸超声波酸解法、60%乙醇和25%盐酸回流法三种氨基酸提取方法,都匀市售中药材茯苓、芦根、五味子酪氨酸提取量均最多,茯苓甲硫氨酸提取量最少,芦根胱氨酸最少,五味子甘氨酸最少。茯苓氨基酸总量提取优选60%乙醇回流法,芦根优选25%盐酸回流法。都匀市售三种中药材中,五味子必需氨基酸提取量最高,茯苓最低。五味子、茯苓必需氨基酸提取法优选25%盐酸回流法,芦根优选60%乙醇回流法。A comparison was made among 25% HCL ultrasonic decomposition method,60% ethanol reflux extraction and 25% HCL reflux extraction of amino acid extraction method,tyrosine had the highest content among all of the amino acids from Chinese medicinal P. c（schw） Wolf,P. c Trin, and S. c（Turez.） Baill in Duyun city,but methionine content was the least in P. c（schw） Wolf,cysteine acid content was the least in P. c Trin,glycine content was the least in S. c（Turez.） Baill. The best method of extraction total amino acids is the 60% ethanol reflux extraction for P. c（schw） Wolf,and for P. c Trin is the25% HCL reflux extraction. Essential amino acids content is the most in S. c（Turez.） Baill in three Chinese medicinal,but for P. c（schw） Wolf is the least. The best extraction method of total essential amino acids is the 25% HCL ultrasonic decomposition method for Chinese medicinal P. c（schw） Wolf and S. c（Turez.）Baill,but for P. c Trin is the 60% ethanol reflux extraction.
