摘　　要：肿瘤学的研究是近年来投入最多、研究成果最为丰富的研究领域之一,但由于基础与临床的脱节,这些成果却没有及时进入临床,使广大患者受益。转化医学是连接基础医学与临床医学的纽带,在肿瘤专业研究生培养的过程中改革教学内容,引入转化医学理念,使其具备兼顾临床诊治和基础研究的意识和能力,这将为培养出临床所需的复合型人才提供新的思路。Oncology is one of the most important research fields with the largest funds and research outcomes in recent years. However, these research outcomes have not been applied in clinic and benefit patients because of the gap between basic medicine and clinical medicine. Tran slational medicine is a bridge between bedsides and benches. Therefore, it is necessary to intro duce the concept of translational medicine into the training of graduate students of oncology so as to help the students develop the awareness and capability in both basic research and clinical dia gnosis and treatment. This will provide new ideas for producing compound talents needed for clin ical practice.
