摘　　要：目的 :探究女性强戒人员的共情能力、社会支持情况对其戒毒动机的影响。方法 :采用改变准备度与治疗迫切性评估量表、社会支持量表及人际反应指针量表对255名女性强戒人员进行调查。结果:(1)海洛因强戒人员的行为改变得分显著高于新型毒品强戒人员(t=2.993,p=0.003);不同文化程度强戒人员,其社会支持存在差异显著差异(F(2,231)=9.567,p=0.000),高中及以上的文化程度的女性强戒人员社会支持最高。(2)戒毒动机与共情能力(r=0.316,p=0.000)、社会支持(r=0.138,p=0.027)均呈显著正相关。(3)共情能力及社会支持共解释了戒毒动机变异的12.1%。结论:女性强戒人员的社会支持、共情能力影响其戒毒动机。Objective： To explore the influence of empathy ability and social support of female drug addicts in compulsory rehabilitation center on the motivation to abstain from drugs. Methods： 255 female drug addicts in compulsory rehabilitation center were investigated with stages of change readiness and treatment eagerness scale, social support revalued scale and interpersonal reactivity index-c. Results：（1）The scores of behavior change of heroin addicts was significantly higher than that of amphetamine-type stimulant（ATS） addicts（t=2.993,p=0.003）. The scores of social support（F（2,231）=9.567,p=0.000）was significantly different among objects with various education levels. The social support of female drug addicts in compulsory rehabilitation center with high school education or above is the highest.（2） The motivation to abstain from drugs was positively significant correlated with empathy ability（r=0.316,p=0.000）and social support（r=0.138,p=0.027）.（3） Empathy ability and social support could predict the motivation to abstain from drugs（R2=12.1%）.Conclusion： The social support and empathy ability of female drug addicts in compulsory rehabilitation center had an impact on the motivation to abstain from drugs.
