摘 要:为探求管道内置障条件下瓦斯气体爆炸超压规律,采用中型尺寸瓦斯爆炸实验装置,开展瓦斯体积分数为6.0%、9.5%、13.0%条件下无内置障碍物、含内置障碍物瓦斯爆炸实验,获取了不同条件下的瓦斯爆炸超压值。通过对不同条件下瓦斯爆炸超压分析,获得了有无障碍物条件下瓦斯爆炸超压变化规律。结果表明:无内置障条件下各测点瓦斯爆炸超压遵循特定的规律,爆炸腔体内的超压峰值均不超过1 MPa。不同瓦斯体积分数的爆炸超压峰值出现在测点2处。在支路1中加设障碍物后,各测点超压值相对于无障碍物时的爆炸超压值均有增大现象。This paper aims to explore the gas explosion overpressure law in the condition of pipeline with obstacle. The research using medium-sized gas explosion test device is focused on the gas explosion experiments with the gas concentration of 6.0%, 9.5%, and 13.0% under the conditions of no internal obstacle and internal obstacle to derive the overpressure value of gas explosion under different conditions. The work involves analyzing the overpressnre of gas explosion under different conditions, and comparing the gas explosion overpressure law under the condition of obstacleor no obstacle. The results show that without any obstacle conditions, each point of gas explosion overpressure follows a specific rule and the o- verpressure peak in the explosion chamber does not exceed 1 MPa. The burst overpressure peaks of the gas concentration occur at point 2. The experiment further confirms that when the gas concentration is 9.5%, the explosion pressure is the largest strnction to the branch 1 yields an increases the explosion overpressure value without any , and the explosion effect is the strongest. Adding the ob- in the overpressure value of each measuring point relative to obstacle.
