三方合剂联合西药治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎30例

摘　　要：目的探讨三方合用联合西药治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药汤剂治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三方合用联合西药治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎具有良好的疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three prescriptions mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had30 cases. The control group was treated with w Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Three prescriptions mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis has good curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
