摘　　要：《伤寒论》是我国现存最早的一部具有完整系统的中医临床医学经典著作,书中的辨证思维方式灵活多变,质朴而慎密,临床实践反复证明了其有效性和正确性。由于其具有独特而完整的辨证论治体系和"百试百效"的方剂,因此被誉为"医门之规绳,治病之宗本"。本文从初学者和临床实际运用的角度探讨了《伤寒论》中丰富、科学的辨证论治思维方法,以期为运用《伤寒论》进行辨证论治提供参考。The Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the earliest traditional Chinese medicine clinical classic which has a complete system in our country, the way of thinking of syndrome differentiation in the book is flexible, plain and rigorous, and clinical practiceits had proved its effectiveness and correctness. Because of its unique and complete system of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and high-efficiency prescription, it is known as the TCM clinical standard. In this paper, the abundant and scientific thinking method of Treatise on Febrile Diseases was discussed preliminarily, in order to provide reference for syndrome differentiation and treatment with Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
