在严格适应症下中西结合治疗青年急性单纯性阑尾炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在严格适应症下中西医结合治疗青年急性单纯性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断的50例患者,给予中西结合保守治疗,1周后判定疗效和随访1年内复发率。结果治愈100例,显效0例,无效0例,总有效率100%。一年内复发率为0。结论在严格适应症下,中西结合治疗青年急性单纯性阑尾炎具有显著的疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis in young people under strict indication Methods We selected 50 cases according to the diagnosis and given conservative treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. One week later, the curative effect was determined and the recurrence rate within one year was followed-up. Results 100 cases were cured, 0 cases were markedly effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 100%. The recurrence rate was 0 within one year. Conclusion Under the strict indication, treatment of acute simple appendicitis in young people with combination of Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
