摘　　要：某医院灾难救援护理团队在历次地震塌方救灾中,灾后15 min内即全员全装集合到位,30 min内便出发奔赴灾区,到达后即刻投入救援,且能完善自我保障,可实现救援连续性。针对我国灾害救援护理团队现存问题,对该院灾害救援护理团队的心理准备、人员配置及分组、体能及协同训练、物资储备等方面进行介绍。A disaster rescue nursing team of a hospital assembled within 15 minutes in each earthquake disaster. The team set off to the disaster area in 30 minutes. Rescue was immediately started when the team arrived. The team could complete the self-protection to provide continuous rescue. The paper introduced the psychological prepa- ration,personnel grouping,physical training,and material storage of the team to provide reference for solving current problems of the rescue team in our country.
