摘　　要：本文在已有的开放大学核心竞争力的评价体系之下,基于专家打分法与AHP法,对各个指标的权重进行了确认,并以某广播电视大学为例,通过对核心竞争力的测算及分析,提出明确办学理念、提高师资水平、建设优势学科、传承校园文化的措施,进一步提升开放大学的核心竞争力。The paper, according to the existing evaluation system of core competence for open university and based on expert scoring and AHP methods, has confirmed the different weights of indexes and put forward methods through the measure and the analysis of the core competence to clarify the school-running concept, improve the levels of teachers, construct superior specialties and inherit the campus culture by taking a certain radio and TV university as an example in order to further the development of the core competence for open university.
