摘　　要：黑龙江农业经济职业学院以生物类制药专业的人才培养模式定位为出发点,在"工学结合"人才培养模式的课程理论指导下,从制药行业发展背景与人才需求分析、职业岗位群分析和专业定位、人才培养模式与课程体系构建、顶岗实习实施与管理等方面,对生物类制药专业"工学结合"人才培养模式开展探索与实践,提升了学生的专业技能水平。With the starting point of talent training mode of biological pharmacy major, guided by the curriculum theory of work-integrated learning talent training mode, the college conducts the exploration and practice of work-integrated learning talent training mode of biological pharmacy major from such aspects as the analysis of industrial development background and talent demand, the post group analysis and major positioning, talent training mode and course structure construction, and the implementation and management of the internship, and this improves students＇ professional skill level.
