高职“教学做”一体化教学及考核评价研究——以高职日化产品生产与检测课程为例

摘　　要：为改变高职日化产品生产与检测课程理论知识体系与实践知识体系分开、理论教学与实践教学独立的被动形势,中山火炬职业技术学院以"制备典型日化产品"为主线,以"教学做"一体化教学重构日化产品生产与检测课程。每次课以体现职业岗位能力的情景活动设计为载体,将"教学做"一体化应用于整个教学过程中,将理论和实践有机地融合在一起,学生职业综合能力得到较大提升。The theoretical knowledge system is separated from practical knowledge system, and the theoretical teaching is separated from practical teaching in higher vocational household chemicals production and test course. To change the passive situation, Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic reconstructs the household chemicals production and test by the integrated teaching of teaching, learning and operating. With the carrier of situational activities design reflecting the professional post ability, it applies the integrated teaching to the whole teaching process, combines theory with practice, and improves students＇ comprehensive ability greatly.
