中医药治疗急性葡萄膜炎的研究概况

摘　　要：急性葡萄膜炎是一种常见的致盲眼病，西医治疗以局部用药及口服糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂为主，目前临床上用药多配合中药联合治疗，可以有效降低激素用量、提高治疗总有效率、缩短病程、防止复发；故作者编纂本文旨在对近年中医药治疗急性葡萄膜炎的临床观察及相关实验做详尽总结，为急性葡萄膜炎的中医药治疗提供参考。Actute Uveitis is a common eye disease which causes blindness, western medical therapy mainly includes eye-drops dripping and oral medications like glucocorticoids and immune inhibitors. Now a combination with Chinese medicine is poplular and efficient as it can reduce the dosage of hormone,increase the total cure rate,shorten the illness course and prevent recurrence. In order to provide a reference for the Chinese medicine treatment of acute uveitis, the auther made a detailed summary on clinical research and experiment related to the therapy of acute uveitis as follows.
