床旁超声在心血管急重症中应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨床旁超声在心血管急重症患者中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析自2016年10月至2017年10月沈阳军区总医院急诊科和心内监护室收治的因疑似心血管急重症而申请行床旁超声的263例患者的临床资料,记录床旁超声检出阳性率和诊断准确率。结果床旁超声检出阳性患者256例,阳性率为97.3%(256/263),其中,心血管疾病248例、胸腔积液8例。床旁超声结果和确诊结果符合的患者228例,诊断准确率为86.7%(228/263)。结论床旁超声对心血管急重症的检出阳性率和诊断准确率均较高,可在心血管急重症的诊断和鉴别诊断方面提供依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of bedside-echocardiography in emergency cardiovascular disease. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 263 cases of patients with emergency cardiovascular disease and had received emergency bedside-echocardiography examination from October 2016 to October 2017. The positive rate and di- agnosis accuracy were recorded. Results There were 256 cases of patients with positive rate were diagnosed, and the posi- tive rate was 97. 3 % （256/263） , including 248 cases were diagnosed as cardiovascular diseases, 8 cases were diagnosed as pleural effusion. The 228 patients＇ bedside-ecbocardiography data were in line with the clinical diagnosis in cardiovascular disease, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 86. 7% （228/263）. Conclusion The bedside-echoeardiography diagnosis positive rate is higher in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, which has important clinical value for the emergency cardiovascular disease.
