摘 要:东北亚是世界政治和经济大国集中分布的区域,对于亚太地区乃至全球政治经济格局具有重要影响。东北亚各国经济互补性强、合作空间十分广阔。东北地区是我国面向东北亚开放的前沿,全面提升东北地区对外开放水平,把东北地区打造成为面向东北亚开放新枢纽,具有十分重大的战略意义。本文从地缘、产业、交通、政策等方面系统分析了东北地区打造新枢纽的核心优势,以及交通运输作为其支撑保障的主要短板和薄弱环节,在此基础上,从畅网络、强节点、优服务三个方面研究提出了未来东北地区打造新枢纽的交通运输发展战略重点,从而为东北地区交通运输发展提供借鉴和参考。Northeast Asia is the region which concentrated the political and economic powers of the world,has an important impact for the Asia-Pacific region and the global political and economic situation. Northeast Asian countries are economically complementary,and have very broad cooperation space. Northeast China is the forefront of opening up to Northeast Asia,and it has a great strategic significance to comprehensively enhance the opening-up level of Northeast China and build up Northeast China into a new hub for Northeast Asia. This paper systematically analyzed the core advantages of Northeast China to build a new hub from geography,industry,transportation and policy; pointed out the main short slabs and weaknesses of transportation; proposed the strategic emphasis of transportation on Northeast China building a new hub by smoothing the traffic network,strengthening the traffic node,and improving the transport services.
