摘  要:本文主要研究嵌入式燃气灶的燃烧与传热过程,分析了燃烧器结构和燃气灶的热工性能,对嵌入式燃气灶进行了节能设计。优化设计燃烧器,提高内环的热负荷,加强火焰的扰动,增加火焰与锅底的接触面积,同时改善二次空气,减小烟气的热损失,实验验证了具有提高燃气灶热效率的效果,同时降低锅架高度,加强锅的热吸收量,减小烟气带走的热量损失,以及对烟气进行余热利用,进一步的提高了热效率,实现了嵌入式燃气灶的节能设计。This paper mainly studies the burning process and heat transfer process of build in gas burner, analyzes the structure of burner and improve the thermal performance of gas stove. And develop the energy-saving design for build in gas stove. Optimize the burner, improve the inner ring's heat load to strengthen the flame disturbance, meanwhile, optimized design of the secondary inlet air area,And through the experimental verification,it can improve the thermal performance of gas stoven.At the same time,decrease the height of the pot to enhance the heat absorption of the pot and reduce the heat loss that was taken by flue gas.Furthermore,the waste heat of flue also can be used by water or air, thereby increasing the thermal efficiency rate and achieve the energy-saving design of build in gas stove.
