摘 要:目的观察^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌法对蛇胆陈皮散中牛磺胆酸含量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同剂量^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌的蛇胆陈皮中牛磺胆酸含量进行测定,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(22∶78),流速1 ml/min,检测波长285 nm,选择0、4、6、10 kgy四个不同辐照剂量对蛇胆陈皮散进行灭菌,比较其牛磺胆酸含量的差异。结果不同剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌对蛇胆陈皮中牛磺胆酸含量无明显差异。结论蛇胆陈皮散可采用^(60)Co-γ辐照灭菌法进行灭菌,对其牛磺胆酸含量无影响。Objective To study the effect of (60)Co-γ irradiation Sterilization on the content of taurocholic acid of shedanchenpi powder. Methods The content of of taurocholic acid of Shedanchenpi powder of different doses of (60)Co-γ irradiation sterilization was determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column( 4. 6 ×150 mm,5 μm); Mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 22∶ 78),flow rate 1 ml/min,detection wavelength of 285 nm. The 0,4,6,10 kgy four different doses of radiation were chosen on the snake biloba powder for sterilization,and the differences of the content of taurocholic acid were chosen. Results There were no significant differences in the content of taurocholic acid in the Shedanchenpi powde in different doses of (60)Co-γ irradiation. Conclusion The Shedanchenpi powder can be sterilized by (60)Co-γ irradiation sterilization method and has no effect on the content of taurocholic acid.
